This firm was created in order to offer assistance primarily to project managers. We have over 20 years of dedicated experience in the project management space utilizing waterfall/agile/iterative/SAFe methodologies. We have performed as a project managers, program managers, portfolio managers, and directors of the PMO. We have managed international projects and offshore teams from India, China, Poland, Argentina, India, Mexico, and the Philippines. We have also managed projects in private business (across many industries), local, county, state and federal government.
Cyber Hornet Consulting is a specialized firm that provides comprehensive Project Management services, including training, mentoring, support, and project management contracting.
We also provide AI Project Management consulting that includes the implementation of AI tools and strategies to improve project outcomes, optimize processes, and drive innovation.
As part of the Project Management domain, we also extend these services to Risk and Quality Management as well as IT Process (ITIL).
The subscription services offer continuous mentoring, 1-on-1 engagement, and advanced PM and AI training for individuals and organizations. These subscription services cover any of the consultative work we do.
Our focus is on the project manager. We understand how isolating this role can be for the individual and seek to support and provide to the needs of any project manager in a safe environment.
